hello purchased and does not work ..........

I run a business from home and love that GoodWriter has proven very handy with everything I have used it for. I am able to read PDFs very easily, make notes on them and sign them. I use this on my iPad and it looks and work fantastic. I give it 6 stars!

I have been using this app for editing documents on the go. It works great! I especially love that I can attach voice memos and send it back to colleagues. Must have app! I highly recommend it!

Wow! I am so impressed with this versatile app! GoodWriter is awesome! I annotate a lot of pdf’s as a college student. GoodWriter is so useful in adding notes to my educational documents and makes it so easy. I love that the app works with both pages (which I use on my ipad) and Microsoft word (which I use on my laptop). The highlighting feature is my absolute favorite as I am easily able to highlight and underline important passages and notes digitally. With my finger or stylus I am also able to write handwritten notes on pdfs and other documents. This feature makes lectures and business meeting a cinch! The facing feature has to be the most useful part of the app. I love being able to fax documents right from my ipad without ever having to get up and use one of those clunky old fax machines. Good writer is also great for proofreading because you can easily mark up mistakes and highlight errors. GoodWriter has something for everyone. Buy this one, you will not regret it! It is so useful!

Good Writer4 is for anyone who is serious about writing, loves reading, annotates PDF documents or wants to create or edit notes and formal documents in an open standard format, as I often do as a journalist, is a must-have app. Good Writer by Masalasoft (Pvt) Limited, which opens and edits in any standard word processor like Pages, Microsoft Word or Open Office, is an awesome utility app that allows users to edit, insert text and stamps, sign, and even insert graphics and pictures in documents. I particularly find Good Writer to be the best choice app on the market for filling out PDF forms right on one’s iPad and iPhone. I love that I can use the Good Writer app to open various file formats, namely iWork, MS Office, Power Point, text files, images, and much more. It’s simply an awesome app that you can use to get a variety of document files from desktop computers, email attachments, and “Open in" from other applications. I particularly love using this app to create client’s documents in open standard html format which can be opened or edited in any standard word processor like Microsoft Office, Pages or Open Office. It also allows me to create worksheets in standard dat format, which can be opened and edited in any worksheet software. Not many of us like typing, but rather love scribbling notes here and there in longhand, or making cute drawings. Well, the Good Writer can be used to help you unleash your artistic skills by creating drawings or taking casual hand-written notes. Overall, I believe Good Writer is an awesome writing and editing tool, that every one who write and reads should have available at the ready.

I downloaded this app because the price was right and it seemed able to do quite a bit, especially with PDFs. First of all, its great for those - you can edit, create and save numerous file types with ease. Second to that - you can play with your images - as in your pics - in this app too. Awesome scan function lets you trace out parts you want to keep. Love this!!

Good Writer is like having my own personalized Microsoft Word on my phone, but upgraded by like 100. It has everything I need when I go to work, or when I am in a rush to finish up a project or send something out real quick. It has scanning capabilities by just using the camera on you phone, and it allows you to resize it also. You can also fax, which along with the scanning has saved my job on multiple occasions just because I could fax and scan from my phone. The GUI is very easy to use also. It allows you to create a folder for all of your documents on the main page so that you don’t get files mixed up like most apps where your files are all over the place. There are also a vast amount of different documents you can make depending on what you do or need it for at the moment. You can create plain or rich text, CSV worksheet, drawings, or voice memos. You can even transfer files over WIFI!!! The best part it is that it even has a help page if you do not know how to do something. It is a basic program that is so unique and ingenious in itself. I finally have something that can make me a pdf or txt without having to use multiple apps. I used it for a while to check how much of my battery it uses, and I barely lost any at all. This caters to not just the businessman but the average man or woman too. It allows you to work in an environment with something no more than you phone, but you can now be twice as productive. Thanks again for making this app and I suggest buying it if you are on the fence or not!!!

I am loving these products from this maker. For this one, I love the lower price point even though the others were well worth it. I specifically like the ability to fill out PDF forms. There are new apps for this but this one is super easy and effective to use. Just load and start editing, you can then save it in different ways . As I mentioned in my other reviews, I never realized how powerful the ipad can be as an office tool but the papas from this maker make it extremely fun and useful. Especially now that I am expanding my business, Im really glad to have of under these tools. Take advantage of all the features of all the different apps and choose the best one for you. I was lucky to try them all but I know that youll find one youll be very happy with.

Irfan Farooqi has done it again! This is an amazing app and once again the price is perfect! Many app developers would charge double what he does and it is worth it, considering how good these apps are! GoodWriter 4 takes things to the next level. Being able to take notes on your PDF files is awesome! And not having to open up several different pages to edit and take notes is great. Everything you need is all here in one place! You also arent limited to one device-you can start on your iPad or iPod and finish on your laptop. You can use any word processor you prefer! And if you started on a word processor and need a PDF, you can do that. Very easily I might add. Anything you might need to make your life easier is here in one place. You can read your emails, send a fax, share your files with people...everything. And it is done in a way to make everything quick and easy. Once again I am so impressed! Keep up the great work-you are helping people in more ways than you know! Cant wait to see whats next!

I am a Nursing Student and have all my books as a PDF (Ebooks). It is so convenience to be able to place notations such as Highlight text and mark important notes inside the pages instead of printing the page, write on it, and misplace it and of course loosing it. Here, I can save all my notes at one place without losing any…The app has an option to open attachments directly from the email. I can open documents directly from my laptop by connecting to a wifi. It is an amazing app. Highly recommended!

The easiest way I have found so far to manage documents on the go! Great for anyone from students to business workers. My absolute favorite feature is the Backup Files folder - we are have all lost files in the past and having a backup feature is such a big advantage. I also like the the drawing function, which allows you to then save your sketches as .png .jpeg or .pdf. The other functions include choosing between rich and plain text, CSV worksheet (very useful as well!), voice memos and even scanning documents and images, which utilizes the device’s camera. Intuitive, user-friendly design! Works great with my iPad 3. Would definitely recommend!

Great app easy to use and keep in touch. I like this app. I am very satisfied to using this app. Using this app I can create Voice Recordings and store it along with my documents on my iPhone. It also allows me to convert Microsoft Office documents to PDF file. It has many more features. GoodWriter 4 - Documents, Hand-Written Notes and PDF is the best app I have ever been seen.

Traveling with a laptop has become difficult. This little tool goes straight to my iPad. It is my most used tool besides email albeit I can send my email here as well. The complete functionality replicates my office computer and environment. Ease of use right down to the virtual weekly sales meetings notes that are stored here as well as the recordings. Incredible functionality to be able to send multiple faxes per day. Best and most well thought out executive app!!

This app is terrible. It does not do any of the things that they claim. Total waste of money. There are way better apps out there to edit PDF files.

GoodWriter is a top notch Word Processor and Annotation App! I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and have found that it has replaced my use of Word on my iPad when it comes to editing and marking up my documents! I am able to open up my Word and PDF documents, edit.. annotate… and create picture perfect documents. It also does it with Pages and other formats, but I don’t use those. If you need an app that helps your create, edit and produce perfect looking and perfect reading documents — check out GoodWriter 4!

The great thing about this app is that it unlocks features that allow me to work as if I had Microsoft Office on the go! As if I could take my whole desk out of my cubicle! Cross platforms with ease, it allows you to mark or highlight text, choose between rich or plain… I can scan docs or images, open and modify CSV files, I can create voice memos. It probably has even more great things that I haven’t discovered yet and all of that framed by a cool user friendly interface. Thanks for this one!

I have learned to have faith in iPhone apps developed by Irfan Farooqi. I previously downloaded his amazing Scanner app, so had all confidence that Good Writer would also work as easily. I use it to read PDF docs, which has always been ridiculously complicated on my phone. Best of all, Good Writer works with Microsoft Word… making it truly universal… while I can also make edits and add images. Yep, genius! I’ve also used it to make voice recordings in meetings, which works better than the previous app I used for recording. I actually TRUST Good Writer, without always looking at my phone to make sure it’s still recording without interruption. Keep ‘em coming, Mr. Farooqi.

I love love this app - it saves me so much time ,i leave work for later and i can lay down in bed , do all my writings while watching tv ! Love it !!! Thanks for great app :-)

I have to work on the go as a freelance writer and this app is great. I can download documents, make notes, and revise as I am on the bus, at the park, or waiting for my next meeting. The efficiency is awesome! Great value price point at under $4 especially compared to the other apps I checked out.

This app is a great app, it is easy to use and able to easily work well with my documents. I am able to easily insert photos and draw boxes around text which is good for me to do when I am out and about making adjustments to PDF’s. I like that I can easily convert existing documents into PDF on the go and change the style and fonts of text. A lot of the books I read on my ipad are in PDF format and I used to have to take notes on pen and paper because regular pdf viewers wouldn’t allow me to make notes and adjustments. with Goodwriter I am able to make notes and circle drawings easily and accessibly on the go. Another function of this app that I enjoy is that i can download my documents via my wifi network. That is a good function of the app because I don’t have to run up the stairs to a specific computer when I just want to save, export or import a document to my ipad. The functionality of this app is great and I really enjoy that it makes it easier for me to do work on the go.
