The Goodwriter 4 app is awesome. My absolute favorite feature is that I can use this app to open attachments I get in email. I’ve never been able to do that on my phone before and just used my laptop but this makes things much easier when I’m out somewhere and have a few moments to spare. You can also email directly from the app and share your work with people. You can also send PDF’s that you annotated and your colleagues will see the PDF with all the notes you have made. Don’t have a PDF file yet? Well you can just convert it from a word document to a PDF file with this app as well. There are seriously so many options with this app that are all helpful and beneficial to anyone in school or who have to view files for work. Even if anyone has a question for you they can just send and show it to you without having to try explaining if you’re not home near your computer. This is been a nice feature for me because I’m an editor, and I have a few friends who are still in school or continuing their studies and I can easily help them get their papers ready for submission and make sure there are no grammatical errors. I definitely recommend this app to anyone who finds these features useful, even if there are only a couple you can think of now, down the line you will find new things to make your life easier. It’s also only $3.99 which is great compared to other apps that don’t even offer this many features.

I dont want to just "jump the gun" and say that this is a terrible app; however, I would not spend the money on this app if I had a second chance. I dont know if it simply isnt compatible with ios 8, or if its truly just that bad of an application. The view is sloppy, its appearance looks as if my 6 year old nephew drew it, and some features dont work. Whenever I try to create a folder for instance. Every time that I attempt to create a new folder via the button in the top right corner, not only will it not allow me to enter a name for the folder, but when I then go to add it, it is nowhere to be found. Again, I dont want to full condemn this app YET, because it could be something as simple as needing an update of the format for iOS 8; however, I wasted my money on this app, and would greatly appreciate a refund, but Ive yet to hear of ANYONE getting one for any reason. I made my mistake of purchasing it, and I hope that you do not.

Bought this, no support,no idea why it wont even load. Why bother? Lower than one star. A no show.

This app does more than you might expect to see in software that doesnt require a full-sized computer. I especially like the ability to open and annotate PDF files.

Primitive, non-intuitive user interface. No cloud backup or syncing. Overpriced at .99, let alone 3.99. Ive spent more on apps, but none for such a disappointing one. Save your money and dont buy it.
